Fire Fox Throat mics - First Impression

Just got the mics in and they are looking pretty good, the build quality seems pretty decent for the price i paid.  My biggest concern right now is the metal band that goes around your neck and how well it will be able to keep its tension while running around on the field.

The Mic sound quality is actually really good for me.  I tested it with my girlfriend and she could hear me perfectly clear.  We had some issues  with the mic on my girlfriend though and figured out that her neck is very thin and the mic has trouble sitting flat on the side of her throat.  I think we will have to find someway to tighten it or get the mic to sit more firmly on her throat.

So far i am pretty happy with the Fire Fox throat Mics and i look forward to trying them out on the field.

Fire Fox Throat Mic Preview

Hey all.  So I have not received my Fire Fox Throat mic yet but I am very excited waiting for it to come in the mail.  I looked around quite a bit online for affordable throat mics to use in airsoft but I was unable to find any until a friend of mine suggested the Fire Fox Mics.  I found them online at a pretty decent price. $25 each and ordered 2, one for me and one for my girlfriend.

I will update in a few days when I receive the mics and I will post a proper review once I have had a chance to take them out in the field.

BTW the mics i ordered were the "Paintball" edition
